The Instrument
| BasicProfileScreen is a questionaire and a logic model as well to look at people. Nine fundamental building blocks are measured. Together these blocks build a professional personality. Each of these building blocks reflects a specific behavioral process. Combining the different processes, cross-dimensionally, results in unrevealing a Professional Personality. The fact that these blocks fit in a logic model allows us to make logic interpratations and predictions. This also means the results of BPS respect the dynamics of a personality much more then questionaires without this model.
Behavior is the result of continuous interactions between the Inner world (Energy) and the Outer world (Frame). The Outer world that shapes a Professional Personality offers three dimensions that trigger/restrict the energy; Dynamical-Social-Functional. |
